18lb weight is more durable than tissue paper (10lb weight)  but thinner than copy paper,(20lb weight)  so it creates a a painted loo without fighting with all the wrinkles.
Use the full size paper (as is) or cut out parts to use on smaller projects.

Apply with modge podge, Dixie Belle Clear Coat, or other waterbased sealer or art medium.
