Rare 60's Farfisa Harmonium Reed Portable Organ
Up for auction is a very cool 1960's portable reed organ. CONDITIONS:
The organ is
working
and in
good cosmetic condition for its age
with some inevitable signs of aging - again working, but having said that I am selling it "as-is" due to it's age with no guarantees for longevity or functionality.  It's a very elegant musical instrument and difficult to find in these conditions.

Busilacchio
was the Italian brand that produced many legendary instruments, including the ultra rare Busilacchio “MiniBasso” piano. Based in Marche, Italy, in the same area where
Elka, Eko, Elgam, Farfisa, Crumar, Jen, Siel, Solton, CRB, Bontempi, Antonelli,
etc. were born.
DESCRIPTION:
This is a cool harmonium organ in its
cream finish suitcase
. Turn it on and a fan starts pumping and you’re ready to go
. It has a great sound – effectively it’s a harmonium without the bellows, or a horizonal accordion
. The air gets pumped over metal reeds which results in a rich sound!
In short, this organ is a lot of fun. It has a
wonderful melancholy sound
which evokes such musical
greats as
Daniel Johnston, Ivor Cutler and Beirut!
